Roger is extremely easy to work with. He goes beyond the call of duty answering questions and provides information, not only about the housing market, but real estate particulars with knowledge and ease. He is honest, knowledgeable and positive. The interesting thing about Roger is that I came to Greenville after losing everything in Hurricane Katrina. We ran around the Greenville area looking for a house early on, but then I decided not to buy right away. I contacted him about 1 ½ years later and he remembered my situation and was immediately ready to go again. By April 2007, I purchased a wonderful home with absolutely no problems. Roger was recommended to me by the mortgage department at my bank. From our very first meeting I was impressed with his professionalism and good nature. He explained the home-buying process and let me know what to expect during each phase. I got the impression that he really cared about my needs and was focused on me. After we found the home that I wanted to buy, my bank was unable to give me the loan. I was pretty upset, but Roger talked with me and suggested another lender. I was not only approved for the loan, but even got a great rate. He even helped me purchase my home at a lot less than the appraised value.
