When we met Roger he did not strike us as a salesman. He seemed genuinely interested in us and in the needs we wanted met. He helped us two years ago when we were just trying to find a place to rent and he it as if HE was the one buying the house. That meant the world to us and we could not even think of anyone else. Roger was recommended to us by my neighbor. My overall impression of him is that he is a go-getter. Roger helped us find a house in 5 days, I think that was incredible. The builder had told us we could have some special options on the house and then after Katrina hit and lumber prices shot up they tried to back out of the options but Roger picked up the ball and ran with it. We now have all of the options that we wanted and a few more. Roger got us asking price for our old house. Roger was recommended to me by the mortgage department at my bank. From our very first meeting I was impressed with his professionalism and good nature. He explained the home-buying process and let me know what to expect during each phase. I got the impression that he really cared about my needs and was focused on me.
